  • Q1 When does the conference start and finish?

    Tuesday 6th October: 8.30am – 5pm 

    Wednesday 7th October: 8.30am- 5pm

  • Q2 When should I plan to arrive?

    Registration for all conferences begin one hour prior to the conference start time. Registration will take place outside of your lecture room. Lunch and Coffee breaks will vary by conference. A full programme of the day will be provided upon registration.

  • Q3 How do I get to PA20, Birmingham?

    Directions to the NEC:

    The Birmingham NEC is clearly signposted from all motorways and major routes including the M42, M40 and M6 - just pop B40 1NT in your sat nav.

    Upon arrival at the NEC, look out for the show name you're visiting on the electronic signage – ProAccountancy.

    By Car:
    The NEC is the perfect location for car travel. 8 miles east of Birmingham City Centre.

    The NEC Birmingham is situated 8 miles East of Birmingham city centre, at the hub of the UK motorway network. Visitors from any direction can travel to the NEC site directly using the following motorways - M1, M5, M6, M6 Toll, M40 and M42.

    The NEC is signposted on motorways and major roads and is marked on most good maps. If you are travelling by car, we recommend that you allow plenty of time for your journey. Please be aware that a Sat-nav system will not direct you into an onsite car park. Upon arrival please look out for the ProAccountancy electronic signage.

    Parking – Car Parks N2-7:


    Delegate parking will be in Car Parks N2-7, accessible via Gate 3.

    By Train:
    The nearest train station to the NEC is Birmingham International, which is just a five-minute walk under a covered bridge. You can also travel to Birmingham city’s central station which is Birmingham New Street. Regular trains connect Birmingham New Street to Birmingham International and the journey only takes approximately 10 minutes. London is only 80 minutes away and trains also run directly from many regional towns and cities. http://www.nationalrail.co.uk.     By Bus & Coach:
    Coach services are operated by National Express and Megabus, with over 120 daily services from across the UK to Birmingham Airport. From Birmingham Airport here you can get to the NEC in minutes on the free air-rail link. Local Bus Services Regular local buses depart from Birmingham City Centre. The 900 service runs every 15 mins during the day taking approximately 30 mins. The 97 service operates every 30 mins, 24hrs a day taking approximately 45 mins. Local bus services also run every 30 mins throughout the day to Solihull (service 966) and Coventry (service 900). For more information about local bus services visit Network West Midlands.

    AIR Birmingham International Airport is located within the NEC complex. You can book flights directly to and from Birmingham International from most domestic and international airports. Easy Jet, Ryanair, British Airways to get from Birmingham International Airport to the NEC simply take the free and fast Air-Rail Link to Birmingham International railway station and then it’s just a short walk to the NEC entrance. The Air-Rail Link runs every 2 minutes and takes just 90 seconds to reach the NEC. It leaves the airport from the upper level of Terminal 1, and operates daily between 05:15am and 02:00am

  • Q4 Where should I go on arrival at PA20, Birmingham?

    Representatives from Professional Accountancy will be available on arrival at the venue to direct you to your conference room and the exhibition. There are also directional signs throughout the venue.

  • Q5 What do I need to bring to the venue for registration?

    You will not require any paperwork to gain access to your conference, simply search for your details to print your badge on arrival. 

  • Q6 Do you provide lunch and refreshments?
