What is Shape the Debate?
Shape the Debate is your chance to participate in a 1 hour live Q&A session with finance & accountancy experts. Submit questions in real-time and interact as the information is being delivered.
Any questions surrounding the pre-recorded content or day-to-day queries can be asked. You can pre-submit questions when you register or hold off until the day and ask during the live session.
We understand that finding a convenient date for all is not possible, so as part of your P/A Online booking the live sessions will be recorded and sent to you so you can review and replay on demand. Access anytime from anywhere!
When is Shape the Debate?
The live Q&A for the next event will be on 28th April at 13:00-14:00. Hosted by Xero and presented by our expert speakers you can register your place here.
What technology do I need?
For the Live Q&A, you will need:-
- An internet connection.
- A computer, smartphone or tablet with sound (speakers or earphones/headphones). Make sure your volume is turned on!
- A modern web browser such as Google Chrome.
- A way to write down any notes during the live sessions. However as part of your P/A Online booking, you will receive a recording of the session afterwards.
Do I need a webcam?
No. Only the speakers will be appearing on video.
How do I ask questions?
Once you have booked P/A Online you will receive a link to watch your pre-recorded sessions. At any time whilst watching just click "Submit your question" under "Related links".
If you have not booked P/A Online or can't find the link, don't worry! You can submit questions when you register your place, or ask them live on the day.
Can I claim CPD?
As part of your P/A Online 2020 booking you will receive a CPD certificate after the event closes that includes the educational content and your 1-hour Shape the Debate. You will receive your free webinar CPD certificate from the exhibition after you have completed this.
If you have not booked the event you might be able to claim unverified CPD, you should always check with your association.
